To register for an INPM Certificate level course, fill out the attached INPM Registration form.

This form may be mailed, faxed or hand-delivered to INPM.

PREFERRED REGISTRATION DATE:

You are encouraged to register for INPM classes at least two weeks prior to first day of the term. Preferred registration entitles you to receive a mailed registration confirmation. Any registration received after the preferred date will not receive a mailed confirmation.

PAYMENT:

Each Certificate level course costs $425. You should include payment along with your registration. Tuition is due upon registration or before the first class meeting.

LATE PAYMENT:

To be consistent with Portland State University policy, a late payment fee will be charged at the end of the second week of class, the initial late payment fee is $40.00. An additional late payment fee of $59.00 will be assessed after the eighth week.

WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS:

Please notify INPM as soon as you know you will need to withdraw from a course. Refunds are offered on a pro-rata basis. Withdrawals prior to the second week of the term are assessed no fee. Withdrawals within the second week of the term are charged a 30% fee. Withdrawals beginning the third week of the term are charged a 60% fee. Withdrawals in the fourth week of the term are charged an 80% fee. No refunds after the fourth week.

* NOTE - "Certificate" courses are not for formal academic credit. If you are considering enrolling in a course for graduate credit and wish to apply for admission to the MPA program, contact the Public Administration office at PSU (503) 725-3920.
